PARSA's administrative offices at Marastoon

PARSA's administrative offices at Marastoon ("the place that gives help") are open Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Offices are closed on Friday and Saturday, and occasionally the administrative offices are closed for seminars and training.

Administration is responsible for managing donor and government reporting, office operations, event planning, translation, and driver scheduling.

PARSA’s directors and staff are tenured, experienced, and resourceful, and have assisted and Executive Director Marnie Gustavson in developing PARSA into an organization that supports the reconstruction of Afghanistan. They are joined by international consultants and volunteers as they develop into professionals that can manage an international non-governmental organization.

Administrative Offices Location

Visit PARSA at Marastoon in the Afghan Red Crescent Society compound in north-west Kabul (Afshar District). From areas like Share-Nau, Wazir Akbar Khan, and Karte-Parwan, head west on Baghi Bala Road toward Qargha Lake. From areas like Karte-Seh, Karte-Char, and Kote-Sangi, take Silo Road north; turn left on Baghi Bala Road and head west toward Qargha Lake. Look for a small mosque with a pale blue dome. You will want to turn right just after the mosque at the PARSA sign. After passing the Red Crescent security gate, PARSA is the first yellow building on the left.
